ABOUT CYBER SAFE EDUCATION

CyberSafe Education was created to make the online world feel more approachable, understandable, and safe for everyone. Many people are unsure where to begin when it comes to online safety, or they feel overwhelmed by rapid changes in technology. Our purpose is to provide clear guidance that supports everyday digital life, whether that means learning to send photos to family, understanding privacy settings, or recognising common scams.
We specialise in online safety education that is friendly, patient, and practical. Rather than delivering complex technical explanations, we break down the information into simple steps that allow people to learn at their own pace.
Our work is grounded in real experience supporting older adults, parents, and community groups who may feel uncertain or anxious about technology. We focus on building confidence, encouraging independence, and creating a positive relationship with the online world.
At the core of CyberSafe Education is the belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, capable, and in control online. Through workshops, guidance sessions, and community talks, we provide online safety education that is supportive, accessible, and genuinely useful for everyday life.

SOME CYBER SAFE REVIEWS

“Amy explained everything in a way I could finally understand.”
I attended Amy’s session at our retirement community and it was brilliant. She took her time, didn’t rush anyone, and made online safety feel much less frightening. I now feel confident spotting scam messages and I’ve shared her tips with my family.

“So patient and helpful—now I can video call my grandchildren!”
I booked a 1-to-1 session with Amy to help with my tablet. She showed me how to organise my apps, set up email properly, and make video calls without any stress. She never made me feel silly for asking questions. Highly recommend.
— Peter H., Eastleigh

“Professional, friendly, and very informative.”
Our residents really enjoyed Amy’s talk on online safety. The Stop–Think–Check method was clear and memorable, and several residents have asked when she can come back. It was one of the most useful sessions we’ve hosted.
